I’d rather see Hyori shirtless as well, however man boobs do cause a lot of damage to mens self confidence, fortunately there are other methods for getting rid of gynecomastia besides surgery. Surgery is the fastest and perhaps the easiest treatment for man boobs but you can also try exercise as well as pill based treatments.
