Clair went to Gwangju, a city most famous for the student riots that occurred there in 1980, on Wednesday, for some sort of seminar. They have a 15 year plan for the city called the Culture Light Project, or the 2023 Gwangju Beautiful Prospect
Why do I care about it? Because the English pamphlet she brought home contained some amazing Konglish!
